Shipping & Delivery

All Wildoak orders ship from our supplier warehouse in China directly to the United States. We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum spend required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

Standard shipping to the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates; they may run longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please note tracking scans may take 2–3 days to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs & Duties

Import duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Most low-value shipments to the US clear without additional charges.
