We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition.
• Personalised or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

1. Contact us at bigfacebobo@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will provide a return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
